Beomeosa (pronounced Bo Mo Suh) Temple, located at the edge of Mt. Geumjeongsan, was another gorgeous temple here in Busan. After parking the car, it was a little bit of a walk up the mountain to get there, especially with the double stroller and the near 60 pounds of kids, but we did it and were so glad we did after touring around. These temples are so fascinating, and this one didn't disappoint. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. :)
Can you imagine going on field trips to places like beautiful temples??? Lucky!
P insisted on walking by himself.
The Gate of the Four Heavenly Kings houses the four kings guarding the entrance to the temple.
This sweet Korean lady who worked at the temple gave the boys beautiful, colored beaded bracelets.
How sweet is this picture?! Connar usually pulls away when strangers touch him, but he was so patient while this lady talked to him.
checking out (or in Parker's case, eating) their bracelets
Nothing like walking out in the middle of nowhere at a temple on the side of a mountain surrounded by lush forest....and then spot a woman in said lush forest texting on her phone.
You can use these red cups to scoop up fresh water to drink.
I reached in to get a goldfish for Parker and pulled out a rock. He had put it in the bag earlier without me knowing. Silly boy just wanted to take that rock home.
Beomeosa is worth the trip! Gorgeous and peaceful. Go if you ever get the chance. I promise you won't regret it.
